I have MAC accounting enabled on our BGP router trying to see what the usage is of our transit provider is over our peering link.
They send me a graph for the week that looks like this.
My graph on Observium looks like this.
Any adjustments that I can make to fix this?

P.S. Yes they verified that is their MAC address.
This is probably a limitation of the platform you're using.
There's not much to go wrong when you're just showing octet counters. If your device sends us useless numbers, we'll show you useless graphs.
