We have a server (Mysql+rrd+apache) and 419 devices monitored, but not showas the graphs, it says NAN. There any reason for this?
Cron job is setup
# Run multithreaded poller wrapper every 5 minutes */5 * * * * root /opt/observium/poller-wrapper.py >> /dev/null 2>&1

Have you set values for the number of processes in the config file?
Maarten

That is far, far, far too many. You probably want between 8 to 24 depending upon the types of device.
Is the poller actually running? Can you see activity in observium.log?
Adam.

You should use the minimum number of threads necessary for the poller to complete in ~300 seconds.
You can see how long the poller takes in the poller information page reached by the right hand cog men.
Adam.
