sorry to here this - never fun to see work used in a wrong way.
But can't you just send the commit message and not the diff? Then we have a chance to follow development and know what is happening.
From the svnmailer docs (http://opensource.perlig.de/svnmailer/doc-1.0/#groups-generate-diffs):
generate_diffs = none
should remove the diff from the email.
