It's likely that these devices aren't populating the correct MIBs, and/or that we don't recognise it as a printer and thus don't check these MIBs.

You've not included very much information though, so it's difficult to say...

This is by no means urgent. I've never tried to monitor a printer before and I just wanted to see what Observium told me about them.
