I set the following Device Match / Entity Match:
(device.type in server AND (mempool.mempool_descr notmatch *cache* OR mempool.mempool_descr notmatch *Virtual*))
However, the alert is still displayed (which is true since the virtual memory of one of our VMs is stil labove 80%). How can i reset the alert to test that the condition now works as expected?

We are using Observium Professional: 19.6.9946 (rolling)
I have set up an alert check to check our servers for fully occupied memory ("mempool_perc greater 80").
I want to include the metrics "Memory buffers", "Physical Memory", "Swap space" but i want to exclude "Virtual memory".
Is there a way of doing so and if so, how?

You seem to be using an old version, please update and make sure it still doesn't work.
Then you need to provide some screenshots of what isn't working (don't attach the screenshots here, use Imgur or something).
Likely this is just a typo or something.

We updated to the latest enterprise version 20.2.10301 and it still doesn't work
