Hi,
Anyone else having problems to add a "Traffic Bill"?
When I press "Add Bill" the URL changes to http://observium/bills/add/ but nothing happens.
Any ideas?

Yep - that's been broken since build 3195. Billing still works and calculates billing information, but cannot add any new bills - that part is broken.

It was a relatively simple thing, it was relying on legacy code that we removed.
