Sorry, I wasn’t sure the system accepted screenshots. I included 2 right, and 2 wrong shots. The two right ones come from a different install of Observium that I’ve tried to copy, but I can’t move it—its in Holland.

Likely the poller is not being run or there are permissions problems.
Just delete it all and reinstall following the install guide *exactly*.

You are suggesting that I delete the /opt/Observium folder and start over?

Yes. You could spend forever diagnosing things and life is too short.
Assuming you've already made sure that the rrd directory is writeable by the user which runs the poller, there's not much else it could obviously be.
