The new alerting code is in the codebase, but the UI to add/remove alerts isn't yet written. People who can read/write PHP serialized arrays could perhaps figure it out ;)
He's probably referring to either the historical broken alerts, or a misplaced belief that it's obvious a system like Observium would generate alerts.
Either way, no alerting yet, nope, none at all, nothing to see here.
