I’d suggest:
/opt/observium/html/includes/navbar-custom.inc.php

Take care when migrating rrd-files! They are architecture dependent. e.g. when going from 32bit to 64bit to have to transcode them.
We have to go through that process in a couple of days... ...it already gives me nightmares about how long this might take ;)

I have no idea why you'd remove observium on the old server before checking everything was there and working on the new one anyway?

if your RRDs are in /opt/observium then that would delete your RRDs too?
