Hi there,
I'd like to set up Observium's alerts so that we only receive 1 alert email, and no more are sent even if the alert condition persists.
I've set the following in config.php but I am not sure if it will give the desired effect:
$config['alerts']['interval'] = 0;
Is this the correct way to achieve this? Are there any further steps that need to be taken?
Many thanks
Oliver Baker

Hi Oliver,
You may have noticed in the meanwhile, at least until a while back, 0 meant "renotify every poller run". I'm not sure if that has been changed yet. Can you confirm?
Tom

This should be sufficient. If it doesn't work (and just alerts every 5 minutes), try a number involving a lot of nines. ;)
It should work, though.
Adam.
