This isn't the first time recently there's been someone seeing db insert problems that make zero sense. It's complaining about duplicate PRIMARY key, but that key is just port_id, which is AUTO_INCREMENT. If it thinks there's a duplicate of an AUTO_INCREMENTING primary key, it's the MySQL server being utterly broken. It probably also explains why that guy with the the routeros device couldn't insert more than two devices either. Presumably they're both running the same broken MySQL. Has someone packed up a MySQL in some distro with dumb settings?
