Hello,
I've installed Netdisco 2 with the Observium plugin. This plugin allows Netdisco to show graphs and open interface pages in Observium from within Netdisco. This is also related to Jira ticket 333.
When I open a URL, http://observium.server//device/hostname=name.domainname/tab=port/ifdescr=R2...) in Netdisco, I get the following error: "Invalid device/port combination. The port/device combination was invalid. Please retype and try again.". However, the correct page is shown in Observium...
Any idea what generates this error message?

note, we do not support any external observium plugins like this :)

but still I made fixes, to restore this functionality.
Fixed in r5532.

Hello Laurens,
Sorry for hijacking the thread, I am toying with Netdisco 2 and observium, I am trying to install it like that curl -L http://cpanmin.us/ | perl - --notest --verbose --local-lib ~/perl5 App::NetdiscoX::Web::Plugin::Observium but I cannot get it running, I am not so experienced with neither of the tools, would it happen that you have some more clear instructions, or maybe a different plugin? Thanks a lot!
Mihai
