Hi Rob,
I guessed as much, but that doesn't scale very well. Our peers perform maintenance sessions, have connectivity issues, DDoS'ed etc, all the time. The more peers you have, the more frequent this becomes.
I was just hoping that I could clear these notifications off the list rather than having to always shut down peerings then un-shut them when a peer comes back on line again.
