Hello,
I was wondering if there was an option to automatically set groups to any users that get added to the console?
Thanks, * * * * Jonathan Nieves Security Operations Lead CipherTechs, Inc. 90 Broad St., 5th Floor New York, NY 10004 | 212-897-6900 x227 F 212-897-6909 | M 646-283-9235 To open a support ticket please email support@ciphertechs.commailto:support@ciphertechs.com

So we have different devices broken into groups. In order for our users to see these devices we have to assign the groups to them when we go to edit their user settings. I want to know if there’s any way to do this by default (assigning groups to users) so that they can view those devices without having to do it manually each time a new user is added to the Observium console.

Hi,
This is not currently possible. But it's perhaps easy to add.
