Observium broken graphs

Hi all,
My fully functional Observium setup stopped showing graphs. Browser now shows broken image icons instead, as seen in the screenshot.
Any suggestions on where to look for the problem?

Hi, do you have some log information? did you take a look at the user permissions on html/ and rrd/
Regards, Romain Winter.

Hi Romain,
Thank you for your fast reply. I can provide you with any log that will help you point me to the right direction, just let me know which one. Apache error.log is logging debug level but I don't see anything wrong there. Additionally , all observium files belong to root:root.

Hi,
I suggest you run observium under another user. Also the cronjobs need to be running as the same user.
Try settings the html directory to the www user. # chown -R www:www html/ or on debian # chown -R www-data:www-data html/ Alt. you can try chmod the html directory.
Also could you send us the apache error log.
By default the apache web server does not run under root.
What OS do you use?

Hi all,
You guys are life savers! It was indeed some sort of syntax error in the config.php . Replacing the file with the default and configuring the database information solved the issue.
Many Thanks,

Hi,
Have you made any changes to your config.php or any other files since it last worked?
It could be caused by an erroneous newline after a ?> at the end of a PHP file.
Thanks, adam.
