check you webserver error logs, chances are you need to increase your php memory allocaton in php.ini

Does anyone have experience with the Eaton 5PX Card-MS firmware revision level KB and Observium? The UPS works well with firmware JL, although it doesn’t correctly display remaining battery and output source. Updating to KB and it’s all pretty much garbage. Maybe, for whatever reason, they switched to an entirely new mib in KB?

Possibly not much help but we are currently testing Observium with the 9PX, which uses the same management card, and KB is working fine except for the ifDescr output which is garbage and changes every poll. Everything else looks good so far. Just trying to get Eaton support to comment on resolving the ifDescr issues.
May be worth us testing the older firmware though for the same issue if you seem to have more success with that?
