how to delete interface no longer on system
Hi, We removed a card from our router and thus those interfaces don't exist anymore. How do we get rid of them from observium
thanks
If the device is no longer reporting them, they will be marked as "deleted". You can then delete them using the "purge deleted" item in the ports menu.
They aren't automatically deleted to retain the information, and in case you are just swapping a linecard.

Hi,
Device isn't reporting them, and they are NOT in the deleted drop down / list...

Hi John,
You can purge one or all deleted ports through the "deleted ports" entry in the ports dropdown.
