I assume you expect that link to go to the switch at the other end of the port? It does not as Observium has not identified them as neighbours, you only see some of the LLDP-information. You need to make sure both switches run LLDP, have configured hostname and domain-name that matches your DNS-record.

Your devices need to correctly speak LLDP to eachother and expose their LLDP tables in LLDP-MIB.

There's nothing we can do if they don't :)
