As i know there're no plans to workaround not persistent SNMP indexes 'feature' in Observium. But maybe there any linux snmp persistence workaround suitable for Observium, and its plugins (for example, weathermap) to leave the linux snmp if indexes unchanged after server reboot, etc ?
