Just to say that the problem with broken lines in disk usage chart is not new, I saw this problem monthes ago and I didn't succeeded to find how this is happening, but I didn't try the debug mode. I will come back to you shortly if I find something. It happens only on Windows servers and for a few of my windows servers, especially 2003 servers, they don't do any storage graph at all.
