Since the subnet that our Observium server is blocked from the internet, I am unable to directly update using subversion. Anyone know a way to relay the subversion from svn à me with a windows client à the observium server?
I SVN d/led the latest stable with Tortoise then FTPed it to the server but it seems to have broken some stuff.

You probably forgot to upload .svn ? Should work otherwise, as far as I know.

the checkout also needs to be made with a version of svn the server can read (even though you are not updating on the server)...
so not this...
$ svn update svn: The path '.' appears to be part of a Subversion 1.7 or greater working copy. Please upgrade your Subversion client to use this working copy.
