Sounds like typical Cisco bugs.
You should probably verify that your device is populating the correct MIBs before you moan at us.

Though I am definitely not moaning at you, I can definitely assure you that during polling, sensors are correctly detected for both modules and transceivers. I will check how the MIBs are populated with some snmpwalk.

Just to let you know, upgrading to 4570 made the missing sensors reappear which is great news!
