Those emails seem to frequently get blocked by spam filters.
I think I saw your account go past a few days ago as a failed payment, I guess the card details must have expired.
The URL you need from the portal to update the payment details is :
https://checkout.paddle.com/subscription/update?user=126545&subscription...
If you check your spam filters, you might be able to find the password reset email for the portal. Once you've stopped it being blocked, resending the password reset email should work too!
