Tom,
Here is the info on the EATON MIB.

What's the MIB name exactly?
We have a bit of support for XUPS-MIB, but there's some work to be done there. I'm not sure if the Eaton PDUs use this MIB, or another - if it's another, support will have to be coded for that.

Hi Nick,
All a MIB does is translate a numerical index into a text identifier (with some information about what the value contains). We still need to write code to understand the MIB and collect data from it.
We do support other devices by this manufacturer, so I'm not sure exactly why it doesn't work, Tom might, though.

Adam,
I logged into the web interface of the PDU sensor, downloaded the MIB file and then FTP'd it to the MIBS directory on my Linux box running Observium. I am not naïve enough to think you would support every device-at least not every device out of the box, so I copied up the MIB and thought it might work. So if the MIB does not come with Observium there is 0 chance of it working? Thanks for the speedy reply, I appreciate it.

You can't "upload a MIB". MIBs don't work that way. They are like a map, they aren't a self driving car.
Sounds like we don't support that device.
Adam.

Good afternoon,
I added an Eaton ePDU (sensor), and obviously it is showing up as Generic. I meant to upload the MIB prior but forgot. Any chance that after a few pollings it will auto-associate? If not, can it be linked manually? I looked under the Sensors Properties while attempting to edit the device but it looks like a no go. Or, since the MIB is now uploaded is it easier to delete the device and then manually re-add it? Thanks in advance any help you can offer.
