This is not currently possible (billing was a separate thing I wrote that I later merged into Observium) and was always meant to be pending a billing rewrite.
Perhaps I can see how difficult it would be to do now that we have some abstraction to the notification system.
It might be noisy though, so it’ll end up spiraling into something a bit more complex to prevent that 🥲
