I was struggling for a bit but I just got it going – I had to add the address for my Exchange server on the relayhost line and now I’m getting my alerts. I didn’t even see that line until today. Sheesh.

I find just installing postfix on its default config works pretty well. It'll relay mail out from observium and not do much else. Adam.
