Hi,
mainly this is device firmware issue, as it not report this ports in common IF-MIB.
Not sure if it report it in private MIBs, for check (and improve) please make full snmpdump from device and create Jira issue with attaching this dump.

Make and attach full snmpdump from device as: snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> -Cc --hexOutputLength=0 -Ih -ObentxU <hostname> .1 > myagent.snmpwalk snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> -Cc --hexOutputLength=0 -Ih -ObentxU <hostname> .1.3.6.1.4.1 >> myagent.snmpwalk
If device not support SNMP version 2c, replace -v2c with -v1.

I have just added 4 new devices (of a new typ) in Observium.
But the discovery is not seeing the portchannels.
Anyway this could be added?
