[Observium] Nonprofit Professional Edition Licensing

Hello,

We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and are evaluating Observium for network monitoring.

Your website indicates that Observium Professional Edition is available free of charge to registered charities. I previously reached out directly but did not receive a response, so I’m trying the mailing list in hopes someone can point me in the right direction.

Could someone please advise on the current process for requesting or obtaining a nonprofit Professional Edition subscription?
