Customer Records Missing on rebuild

Hi - I did a full rebuild of Observium and restored the database.
I previously had the ability to view 'Customers'. I can still see the Customers item in the Ports drop down but there are no entries. I can see that there are no records in the Customers table in the db.
Since the customers were generated by polling the devices I thought this might just be a short term problem however after nearly 24 hours there are still no customer entries.
I am wondering if I have missed something in the config or if perhaps this is because I have only installed the community edition initially whereas we had previously used the subscription edition including the traffic accounting functionality?
Not sure where to start investigating the issue so would appreciate any suggestions.
Cheers Mal

Going from SVN to CE is not possible because the CE database schema is older.
Adam.

Thanks Adam – to confirm; if I want to be able to restore the previous database (based on SVN) I need to renew the expired subscription and install the SVN version before restoring the db.
If I want to stay with CE I would need to start fresh and not have access to previous data.
If so I will organise for the subscription to be updated asap.
Cheers

Hi Mal,
Yeah. Assuming your previous subscription edition was *newer* than the current CE, it should go back to working fine with a newer subscription edition.
Do you know what the db schema is? (it should be in the observium_attribs table).
Thanks, adam.

Thanks Adam - db schema is 310.
This is probably an older SVN going into a new CE. Not sure what implications that might have.
The messing around to tidy it up may not be worth the effort so I am thinking I might just retire the current db and start fresh to be honest. I am primarily using it for monitoring to date so historical data is not critical.
Appreciate the assistance.
Cheers
