Is there plans to add more severity levels than critical
Hi I have seen this question before but I can't find the answer.
Do you have plans to implement other security levels that critical
for example: info, warning, error , critical

I don't think there currently are any short term plans - the important question would be:
What do you expect to happen differently when you choose another severity level? :-)

We use different severity levels based on business impact. Medium,High,Low. Both for Urgency and Impact
Information from room monitors might first trigger a warning , alert, then critical We have equipment that needs to be monitored but we can operate without it so we might not want to raise a critical ticket
Since it is not on the plan we will figure out how best to implement some kind of 3rd party translation over to our severity level Kær kveðja/Best regards
