Some metrics on some devices momentarily reporting as 0 causing many ALERT/RECOVER emails
Hi there,
I have an alert set up to trigger if a storage device's used space is 80% or more.
We have a few devices which are over this threshold, but they sometimes momentarily report their storage_perc as 0, triggering a RECOVER email and then an ALERT email as soon as the device starts reporting its storage_perc correctly again.
I know that this isn't necessarily an issue with Observium, but is there anything I can do to ignore a value of 0?

First, as you illuded to this is not a issue with Observium, and anything done in Observium is just covering up an underlying issue.
Here are two options to achieve what you are asking both having pros and cons:
1 - Use the Alert Delay in the "Edit Checker Details":

2 - Modify the conditions in the "Edit Check Conditions" to include storage_perc notequals 0 :
