The Weathermap plugin is not an official Observium product so don’t be surprised if you do not find the answer to your issue here.
What I normally do is click on the “Pick from Observium” link which would bring up a new menu and allow you to select from an Observium monitored port.
This will properly fill out the Data Source value.
Using the sources you specified below will surely result in a failure.

Idzma, Observium has a link above most graphs that says "RRD Command". If you select that, it will display all sorts of useful information to help locate which rrd file to put into that field.
Make sure you pay attention to the INOCTETS and OUTOCTETS as well. Also I just noticed that it will even summarize what file it used.
Very handy, Brian

Hi Tim,
I had issues with not being able to select from observium with Weathermap. I found that the instructions I followed didn't place the files in the correct directories and had to set permissions for weathermap to read the rrd. From memory, I used the chrome developer tools to troubleshoot and the log files on the server.
I'm not at work at moment so can't check, but that was why I had issues at install.
