Alert-check "down device" doesn't report devices down
Hello
I've something strange with a basic alert checker
I've defined a basic alert-checker to check if my devices are down
The test condition is device_status equals 0
I know it works because I already had some working case.
I'm astonished because I have a case with devices shown as down :
. but not reported by the alarm-checks
The device is a
Dell EqualLogic PS4210
Do you know what my mistake could be ?
Best Regards
Thibault
Please update and try again.
This is related to a bug which prevented entities being added to a "device" alert.

Hello,
Thanks for your interest in my issue.
When you say “update” you mean rebuild the alarme-checks or update observium itself (I’ve installed observium from the latest version on SVN 2 days ago) ?
Best Regards
Thibault
