User rights: Bill disappears after some hours
![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/7230842680987adb55db304b2fdbf3e6.jpg?s=120&d=mm&r=g)
Hi Team
I have several customers which have their own login to see their particular bill. Since a few days I can add a Bill to a User and it persists. But if I check again in the morning, the User does not have this permission anymore.
However access to interfaces still works.
Thanks Basile

Try on latest revision by first (svn up). possible accidental error, which already fixed..
For all works.
But also show screenshot from "Edit user" page (for user with line "User Level").
Thanks Basile

Try to set rights for a billing to an user then run "housekeeping.php -b" and check if the rights are disappeared.

1) svn up (now at 7287)
2) tried: housekeeping.php -b
- permissions still there
3) tried my nightly housekeeping: /opt/observium/housekeeping.php -a >> /dev/null 2>&1
- permissions still there
so far it seems to be fixed in the most recent version...

I have several customers which have their own login to see their particular bill. Since a few days I can add a Bill to a User and it persists. But if I check again in the morning, the User does not have this permission anymore.
However access to interfaces still works.
Try on latest revision by first (svn up). possible accidental error, which already fixed..
For all works.
But also show screenshot from "Edit user" page (for user with line "User Level").
Thanks Basile

Hi All
so now on monday... permissions are gone again.
Over the weekend the housekeeping script ran every night, as scheduled...
Now on revision: 7315
Any hints?
Please show your crontab entry for housekeeping script and config options related to this script: $ grep house config.php
Thanks Basile

Robin,
We're working on the issue you reported via the mailing list, it's highly likely this is indeed the same situation.
