Strangely enough I had one of those yesterday too ?!

A random alert came in which was all blank?

It turned out the email was from an alert to say one of the CPUs had gone too high after 10mins?

This has been reported to us before, but we have not been able to get to the bottom of it, what is causing this.

Is it always followed by a correct alert? (at least that's good news).

Does the "modify" link point anywhere or is it also using an empty ID?

Are you using any other transports than e-mail? If yes, I assume they don't experience this issue?

Same here since moving to the latest stable version. For me the blank actually comes with the devie_ping chart, and a valid url behind the graph /graph.php?type=device_ping&device=793

I’ve received several of these blank alerts in-between good ones since upgrading.

We are also receiving normal alerts successfully.
