Subscription Support
Looking for assistance on extending our subscription. I'm a current subscriber with an expiration of 2017-01-23 and I wanted to renew early to spend the money this year. I paid for another year, but instead of extending our current subscription a new SVN account was created with its own expiration. Is there a way to just extend our exiting one an additional 12 months instead?

It usually just renews automatically... If you paid for another sub its possible that paddle? has just setup a new sub for you...

The subscriptions are managed by an external company. Messing with the subscription periods their system maintains is... difficult.
If the subscription start/end dates are reasonably close together, you can just switch from one to the other. If they're further apart, I can cancel both of them and extend one of them to the full period. It'll silently die when the time is up though!
Though, I can only see one subscription from your email, on the 17th.

My other subscription just auto-renewed... oops, now I've got two subscriptions going, but we're only using it in one place. Is there a way to cancel my new account and refund it? You should see that the svn ID was never used.

we have a challenge to Kevin, we need to extend an existing subscription and shortly one of our dev instances will be turned into an additional production system, so we would like to pay for two subscriptions; both payments need to be made this financial year if at all possible.
Is this the best place to ask for subscription help? Please contact me directly for company details etc.

We can't mess with subscription periods or take early payment, this is all controlled by the payment processor.
The best I can do is extend the expiration date of a subscription on our side after it's expired at the payment processor.

I'm always amazed why people think a public mailing list filled with users of a particular piece of software is a good place to ask for issues with their accounting / credit card / login / subscription ...
