Hello everyone,
I am new to Observium and I have a question, can someone explain to me how the polling works?
And the email alerts are sent when the device is down/up(Recover) or when the polling time is met?
For example:
In the next image I have two cases at 9:37am I received the email for the alert and for the recovery (this is normal or I need to check somethings in the config?)

I'm not sure why you got both the alert and the recovery at the same time, are you running the poller on a strange frequency? Did you follow the install guide's crontab exactly?

Hmm. Who knows. You can probably ignore it unless it happens again!
Also, you shouldn't have the number of poller threads in the cron anymore, that is configured via the web ui! :D
