Hi, We're a subscriber to observium professional and recently did what we did last year and paid the £240 for renewal. The accounts department are querying that a further £180 has been taken out in the same month. I can only assume this is due to an auto renewal system. How do I enable / disable this, and how can we claim the money back since we seem to have paid twice? Thanks Andy Franks
Hi Andy,
It seems that this year you guys forgot what "subscription" means and re-ordered. I'll cancel and refund the erroneous re-subscription.
BTW, this is a public mailing list. Hopefully you don't end up in The Sun as an example of NHS inefficiency! ;)
Thanks, adam. Specifically I've refunded the £240 superfluous subscription, since it was pre-emptive. The £180 one is the correct one.

Thanks, that’s very good of you to act so fast. I would have thought paying £180 (or even £420) for your site-wide network monitoring is an example of nhs efficiency! ☺ Cheers Andy

Its good to see the NHS are actually monitoring there network correctly unlike the hack attack the other month, bet observium could of noticed a SPIKE in network traffic across the network

I'm OK with vendor shaming on this list, let's keep the colleague/user shaming to a minimum shall we ;-)
