FSCOM snmp issue

question about REST API

Hello, we have in mind to purchase observium professional version and use REST API so i want to know can we read total traffic , inbound and outbound traffic value for every port by REST API ? because as i read REST API documents and i think we can have graph by rest api , so i will appericate if help me. not getting cpu cores and network interfaces

Hi, I have some servers where i only get one cpu graph instead the cores listed where the Temperatur sensors showing 12 cores - there are two six-core Intel Xeon X5675 cpu's inside. Also i do not get any network interfaces fetched: ##### Module Start: ports ##### o Caching OIDs ifDescr ifAlias ifName ifType ifOperStatus o Caching DB 0 ports o Discovering ports o Duration 30.2533s There are two onboard 1G and two onboard 10G nic's and a additional dual-port 1G nic card inside. Also the inventory option does not show up. SNMP is configured the same as on all the other servers, running Debian 10 on them. I have two other Servers with Debian 7 and Intel Xeon X3360 showing all the cores, nic's and inventory. Thanks, Cody

High CPU alarm

Hi I have a synology nas with 1CPU and 4 cores in it. Whenever 1 core gets a shitload to do I get a CPU high alarm although it's not the combined cpu load that is high. Is there something I can do in the alarm checker to combine the cpu loads of all cores and trigger an alarm when all 4 combined is over for example 80% load? Regards Daniel

Adjust thresholds

Is there any way to adjust the thresholds of alerts in observium? I have a few alerts that don´t seem to be an actual alert, a couple of them seem to almost be bad readings. Screenshot below. These are from HP 2920 Switches.

Hi there, We have the subscription version of Observium and have been running a batch script for a while. It was working for a while, and we let it be, a little too long! I just tried a manual upgrade. GUI not loading after OS update

Dear Experts, I have performed the OS upgrade on observium system from Ubuntu 16.04 to 18.04 with no other update, it was just OS upgrade, after upgrade GUI is not loading properly and landing to php page, see the screenshot below. Transferring License to New Server

Hello, I am in the process of migrating the on premise Observium instance to AWS. I want to setup the AWS instance and run it in parallel with the on premise instance for some time to make sure that there isn't issues with the new instance. Are we allowed to run the same license on two servers at the same time or is there another way of doing this without me having to buy another license just for this purpose. Thanks, Dinuka Jayamaha
