Hi All Im trying to find out if its possible to change the conversion rate being used in the CustomOID ? When I SNMPGET a value from our storage system its returning a value and observium is then doing the conversion wrong… This is the reply I received from there support team after hours of me trying to work out why observium was showing 416.5GB and they was showing 387.9GB The command you are using shows result in bytes. At the same time "vstorage stat" command shows result in Gibibites not Gigabytes. Issues Updating SVN

Hi, Does anyone else have issues updating? Svn up is giving a domain error - taking a look the hostname svn.observium.org doesn't appear to resolve. Using a basic tool to view the DNS: https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=dns%3aobservium.org&run=toolpage it suggests a number of issues with the glue as well. Cheers,

Palo Alto Firewall.

Greetings, I just noticed, after upgrading my PA-5050 palo alto firewall to 8.0.x observium does not show firewall stats, I have another pair PA-5050 on version 7.1.x it only shows Global protect tunnel graph. is there is change ? or I am missing something? HI, I am having problem with Syslog in Observium. Like This: https://jira.observium.org/browse/OBS-2690 Solution shown was install version r9262 ( "Syslog messages parsing improved in r9262.") ("Version r9262 works perfect."). My Observium is Observium CE 18.9.9420 (5th September 2018) How can I solve this problem with syslog? Hi, I was able to solve the problem by setting the file's permission. "Enable store RAW syslog lines into logs/debug.log file. Make sure that logs dir and debug.log file have write permission for your syslog server user. For example in Ubuntu rsyslog uses user syslog, add write permission for it: sudo chmod o+w ".$config['log_dir']."/debug.log"; Thanks. Custom math function on data of a custom OID

The device is discovered but still the graphs are not getting generated: Its been more than 20 mins since the discovery is complete [cid:image002.png@01D45401.BF97BCC0] Can someone assist ? Observium unable to discover the device

Hi Team, I am trying to add a device ZNEQLP206. I have added Observium's IP and community string on the server's SNMP file. I can ping the observium server from the device I want to discover and also on the reverse way. But when I try to discover the device I get the following error: [cid:image001.png@01D453FB.79EA9360] The device is not discovering. What can be the issue ?
