Hi list, Not a critical thing... Just wondered if anyone had done any config to get the nut-snmp "package" to be discovered in Observium. I'm running Observium CE 18.9.9420. Observium not fully updating

I'm running Observium on CentOS 6.10. The PHP version on the machine is currently 7.0.16. When I run the "svn update" command it completes correctly. However, when I run "discovery.php -u", I get the following error: PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /opt/observium/includes/discovery/functions.inc.php on line 164 I tried with both the stable and current versions, but get the same results. Thank you for any help.

Observium client for windows?

Observiums biggest weakness is its inability to auto-discover windows. LLDT needs to be integrated into the design. Or being able to piggy back off of Symantec or bigfix for data.

SVN not updating

Past 2 months I cant seem to update my subscription (root@pla01netmon) - /opt/observium ->svn update Updating '.': At revision 9642. Observium doesn`t send syslog alerts via email

Hi guys, I`m experiencing issues when I`m not receiving emails from syslog alerters. I have just a simple alerter which is matching and I`m able to see them in syslog alert log, but emails are not going. I was trying to generate test_alert and email has been delivered. Any tips and tricks? thanks Jan

wkhtmltopdf

I'm trying to generate a report with wkhtmltopdf. This is a command line tool which inputs a URL and outputs a PDF. How do I compose an Observium URL which includes authentication? Everything I try simply renders the "Please log in:" page. -- Clark 159a, MS 46 508/289-3112

Device status changed to Down due to SNMP timeout

Dear Observium, I am running the professional edition of Observium. Due to snmp timeout, some devices are considered to be "down" intermittently. I have tried to tweak the snmp timeout but it still happen. My question is: can I use ping only, and ignore snmp timeout to detect device up/down ? Possibility of disabling a health status

Dear Everybody, we have a couple of foundry switches (with only a single power supply) in use and with the "newest" version, we see an alarm under statuses. Is it possible to ignore / disable the health check for e.g. the 2nd power supply? BR, Patrick

Alert Checkers background not adjusting to Custom OID

Hey Guys, More a feature request (?) than anything else but I have noticed that the alert checkers background changes to match the state for "normal" OIDs but for custom OIDs it stays grey ? [image: Screen Shot 2018-12-04 at 10.04.22 AM.png] Thanks, Pieter
