Hi All Erm help please!? Notifications have been working fine for days then suddenly stopped, and I hate to say it I can’t pin point when i stopped getting them :( I have found those when running alert_test.php the following errors PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'Mail/mimePart.php' (include_path='/opt/observium/libs:.:/usr/share/php') in /opt/observium/libs/pear/Mail/mime.php on line 63 Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'Mail/mimePart.php' (include_path='/opt/observium/libs:.:/usr/share/php') in /opt/observium/libs/pear/Mail/mime.php on line 63 Any ideas? I have not changed anything and not even updated the os recently either? Regards Simon

Hi All, We just discovered out email alerts have not been sending, and when checking the test_alert.php we see the following error: PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'Mail/mimePart.php' (include_path='/opt/observium/libs:.:/usr/share/php') in /opt/observium/libs/pear/Mail/mime.php on line 63 Changing line 63 in that file to 'pear/Mail/mimePart.php' fixes the issue and the test alerts works again. Has something changed in a recent Observium release that would have broken this include? Anyone else seeing this? Just upgraded to 17.6.8631 and the issue persists. Many Thanks, Tim C

Unable to Add Device from Web UI

Hello, hope someone can help. We are running 17.5.8587 rolling and we are unable to add a device using the WebUI, we get "Could not reach ServerName with given SNMP parameters using v2c." However adding a device from the command line with add_device.php and the same parameters works fine. Any suggestions welcome. rrd blank graphs

Good day for all, I installed observium in red hat 6 and all seems good but graphs are showing no data, rrdtool is working, and and polling script is grabbing data from clients. - rrd directory permissions are 755 , owned by apache - tried to recompile rrdtool - crontab entries are working - recreated db Can you guys help me to troubleshoot? thanks in advance Kind regards, Patricio Hernan Besteiro

When next CE version?

Hello, When do you think the next Observium CE version will be released ? Alert E-Mail Output

Hello, Is it possible to adjust the alert e-mail output with which information it contains as well as who it's from? Is it also possible to use a text only shorter format for sending to recipients via services like SMS? Apologies if this has been asked for before.
