That page is how it is, you cant remove things from it because its showing state. Rebooted information goes away after 24 hours. Its actually showing you devices with uptime below 24 hours. Adam. separate diskio graphs for different devices

Hi all, is it possible to have a separate graph for each entity in the DiskIO? Scenario is that we try to monitor ZFS server and there are over 200 Filesystems that are shown on top of each other making the graph impossible to use. Thanks!

Graphs broken after update

Hi to all. My observium worked perfect for about a month. But yesterday i made an update (to rev. 4572): #cd /opt/observium #svn update #./discovery.php -h none After that i have next problem: - in servers overview tab all graphs ok - when i'm clicking for example on Memory Usage graph, all is ok. I can see graph for last 24 hours - but when i'm clicking on Show legend/Graph previous/etc there is no graph Thanks for your help, and sorry for my english. -- Regards, Evgenii Movlian

Sounds like typical Cisco bugs. You should probably verify that your device is populating the correct MIBs before you moan at us. Adam. Adding a custom OID ?

Hello, I'm a newbie with Observium having just installed it, but now a question has popped up in my head that I could not find a clear answer to by googling. I have a couple of Linux hosts for which I also added in the net-snmpd conf a counter for the number of imapd & others processes. How could I add to a small part of the existing graphed servers, this OID ? (or where should I look in the conf ?) I was thinking maybe defining a new template (if this is the working principle) and adding there these OIDs also for the discovery phase. Can someone advise me at least where to start my question with ? I'm a bit confused at the moment. Thanks, Mihai

How to use removespikes.php?

If I try to use removespokes.php, I always get the error FATAL: File '' does not exist. root@CORPLNMS01:/opt/observium/rrd/phlinfrtr01# ../../scripts/removespikes.php -R port-10.rrd FATAL: File '' does not exist. Aggregate Graphing?

I was looking at the graphing off of the main page, where you select All Devices, then Bits, and had a quick question about this. I assume this is an aggregate of all interfaces being displayed. What I am curious to know is if the graphs show interfaces that are "technically" duplicates? For example, a straight interface on a juniper device can be ge-1/0/0, but because there is a unit attached to the interface, sort of like a sub-interface, ge-1/0/0.0 shows up as well. The problem here is, its the same statistics for both of the interfaces, in this example. So, if the aggregate graph is looking at all interfaces and includes both in the aggregate graph, well than the aggregate is not correct? Not sure if I explained it correctly, and if not, please let me know. What i am getting at is, it seems as though there is duplicate information being aggregated so the graphs is not accurate, from what it looks like. Thoughts?

Hi Could use Cisco ASA per VPN tunnel traffic stats. I think its available thru SNMP ? So my Observium does not show them, so its not currently collecting info per vpn-tunnel ? Regards, Pekka Panula

We havent found a way to visualize cef so we just display the magic inside your router's memory right now. Enjoy....
