On our arrays the sub object .2 is the only one to return a value. iso.3.6.1.4.1.16139.2.32.1.4.1 = Gauge32: 0 iso.3.6.1.4.1.16139.2.32.1.4.2 = Gauge32: 43434 iso.3.6.1.4.1.16139.2.32.1.3.1 = Gauge32: 0 iso.3.6.1.4.1.16139.2.32.1.3.2 = Gauge32: 84496 we are doing this with the custom OID function at the moment but it's a bit clunky as it returns in Gb so 82TB comes out as 82k Gb for example, and they are separate graphs. Support for Starline Busway CPMs

Hello! I've added monitoring to our Starline Busway CPMs (Critical Power Meters) and have added latest MIB to the Observium SNMP MIBs directory. However, I get very little to no monitoring data. Poller Time

Missing customers

I've labeled a number of our ports as "Cust: somebody", but not all appear on the Port --> Customers page. All the "Cust" labeled ports are on a pair of Junipers and most of them work, but a few are skipped (4 out of 11 are skipped). With debug enabled on the poller, I can see the 'ifalias' containing the Cust string: ifAlias.519 = Cust: WHRC I can also see various other OID's for interface ID 519: ifDescr.519 = ge-1/0/3 ifType.519 = ethernetCsmacd ifOperStatus.519 = up ifName.519 = ge-1/0/3 etc.. Change Custom Locations for All Entities

Hello Everyone, I need to change the custom location string of every device. Does anyone know of an easier way of doing this, other than through the web GUI? I tried changing to location column under the device_locations table but that doesn't work. My assumption is that I would just make changes somewhere in the Observium database but I can't seem to find where the custom location data is stored. Any Ideas?

Searching Issue using Normal user account

Hi Guys, After updated to the last version, I have a issue when I do a port seach using a Normal Account. In older versions i could seach for an interface port description but not now. I realize that it is only possible if I add Ports individually, but not if I only add devices. Any Suggestions? [image: image.png]

A general questions on apps vs sniped extend ?

Hi, I am new to observium and I am trying to learn the "system". Last week I developed a "app" that shows some status. The client side was super simple but it was somewhat cumbersome on the serverside (find all files to update and definitions etc). This week I tried to use snmpd extend to display the same information. This was super simple both on the client and on the server side (adda custom oid) and it works with alerts! My question is therefore in what circumstances are the "apps" useful? At least for my simple example I did not find any benefits of apps over using snmpd extend and a custom OID. Observium doesn`t shows cbqos module

Hi guys, I don`t know what`s happened but observium stopped shows flags like CBQOS and if I search for it I don`t see any port marked as CBQOS. nor IPv4, etc... If I`ll do discovery or poller for module cisco-cbqos I`m receiving data from device, just webinterface doesn`t show them. Do you know where could be an issue and how to fix? Thanks Jan
