howdy all! does anyone else have the problem of seeing no wireless stats in observium from Aruba instant APs? Traffic accounting not showing previous period

All of the sudden, when I look at traffic accounting for last month, it's blank. Current month has data though. Any way to get this back? Questions about Observium Enterprise Support

Hi, I’ve been trying to find more detailed info about Observium Enterprise Support, does anyone here has such an agreement and can share the details? All I can find on the web page says: “Included Enterprise-grade email & live support: Yes, 10 hours” So I take it that means that up to 10 hours of live support is included, what will be the cost per hour for support after those 10 hours? I cannot find any definition of what live support is, I would guess that it means some sort of online meeting with screen sharing but it would good to have it in writing so we know what to expect. Is there any SLA for response time for new support tickets, for example within 4 hours or Next Business day? Thanks in advance. EqualLogics Volume Monitoring

Good Afternoon, I have been setting up Observium, which I am relatively new to, and am not sure how to monitor the volumes of the EqualLogic Storage Array, Observium has detected it and provided sensors for the Physical Disk, fan, Controllers, and so on but no volumes are picked up. According to the following link, there are MIBs for this. https://mibs.observium.org/mib/EQLVOLUME-MIB/ If I SNMPWALK the OID's then I get the expected data, would it be possible for someone to advise how I may go about getting this data to be shown in Observium itself? WMI monitoring

Team, i’ve been trying to add my servers with WMI with no success. Im running the query like this root@visum-fumpm:~# wmic -U [ad/]soporte%PASSWORD. //ad.fqdn.org "select * from Win32_ComputerSystem" and I get this error message: [librpc/rpc/dcerpc_connect.c:337:dcerpc_pipe_connect_ncacn_ip_tcp_recv()] failed NT status (c00000b5) in dcerpc_pipe_connect_ncacn_ip_tcp_recv [librpc/rpc/dcerpc_connect.c:828:dcerpc_pipe_connect_b_recv()] failed NT status (c00000b5) in dcerpc_pipe_connect_b_recv [wmi/wmic.c:196:main()] ERROR: Login to remote object. NTSTATUS: NT_STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT - NT_STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT So I cant add it to my observium server with this configuration in the config.php file: $config['wmi']['domain'] = "ad.fqdn.org"; $config['wmi']['user'] = "soporte"; $config['wmi']['pass'] = "PASSWORD"; $config['poller_modules']['wmi'] = 1; I have tried with this “soporte” account and also directly with the administrator account with no success, same error message.
