Web interface blank screen after last Update

Hi, We have updated our Observium platform to the latest version CE 19.8 and we are facing the following issue. After finishing the upgrade using the instructions on the website we were able to access the web interface just once. When we logged in the first time after the upgrade we received a message that the php version also must be updated. After that we were unable to logon to the web interface (after login we see a blank screen) and we receive the following error in the apache error log: [Wed Sep 16 12:33:07 2020] [error] [client PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function password_hash() in /opt/observium/html/includes/authentication/mysql.inc.php on line 101, Is it possible to backup the configuration and update php version and use Observium installation again? If yes is there any guide how to perform the update? We have observium installed on a Debian 7 machine. RELEASE: Observium Community Edition 20.9

Hi Guys, We've just released a new CE, version 20.9. The release covers 790 commits since the last release, and a very large number of changes! The new release can be installed using the upgrade instructions in our documentation: https://docs.observium.org/updating/#upgrade-to-latest-major-release Please make sure you meet these absolute minimum requirements beforehand: MySQL 5.6.5 / MariaDB 10.0 PHP 5.6.26 Though we would recommend a PHP version above 7.1 and rrdtool versions above 1.7. CheckPoint concurrent connections

In older CE releases (2016/2017) the CheckPoint firewalls also were showing up the concurrent connections but the recent versions (CE, Pro and Enterprise) do not show that anymore. Can you please bring that graph back? Thanks, Alex [cid:image001.png@01D62AB4.9D1F6A90]

IOS XR device not recognized

Hi all, I would like to ask for a hint or information I'm missing in oder to successfully monitor Cisco ASR9K (ASR9901-RP) running Cisco IOS XR Software, Version 7.0.1. I'm getting "Generic device" not Cisco device and for unknown reason I'm getting this LOG messages SNMP works just fine, as other graphs or values are being collected successfully. There is no error in observium.log and polling graphs looks good too. On top of that, every full discovery cycle (every 12 hours) we are getting full set of alarms from this device. Any idea please? Hello, I am using SMTP relay with sendmail and have change it to use port 26. Observiium has stopped alerting since I done this. 1) How can I get observium to use port 26 for alerts. 2) How can I trigger an email alert to test.

Hi everyone, may I ask developers, if there is any chance to add "Aggregate average packet size" option to aggregated graphs? We have a need to have this statistics available throughout infrastructure. I would like to render average value calculated from all ports in "aggregation", therefore it's not aggregation in terms of values, but in terms of multiple ports calculation. Currently you only see the elapsed time instead of the full timestamp (date+time).
