Hello. My company wants to renew our subscriptions. Subscriptions are created on account named by my name, surname don't mention about job email. I'm going to change job in next two months and we need to straight it right. Is there possibility to: - change account name, etc. - or transfer subscriptions to new account - or just create new account and by new subscriptions What options do we have? Commit 8852 breaks graphs

After updating to 8852 my multi-customoid graphs are broken. Line graphs render but have no devices/data points and stacked graphs return the error image. Rolling back to 8851 shows expected behavior. Jesse

Pandacom DWDM devices

Hi all Recently we purchased some DWDM devices from Pandacom (SPEED-OTS-5000). Might be interesting for more than us to have them in observium. Is there a way for a non-programmer like me to add those devices? What I can provide are the MIB files. Export Observium Installation

Hey folks, Is there a simple way to export the entire config for the Observium community edition? I'm running the latest 16x version on a dedicated server but would rather switch over to a simplified KVM virtual server. Can someone explain the proper path to accomplish this? Thanks.

Virtual machines showing lots of duplicates

Hi, I have 6 ESXi hosts. On one host and only for 1 VM on that host, the VM is showing lots of times in the Virtual machines section. All the others VM on the same host are showing only 1 time. Hi All, What could be a silly question - Is there a straightforward switch or option to alter the RRDtool formatting from the default “opposing” format for Upload/Download, to an overlaid format in network traffic graphing? Current opposing format https://ibb.co/kbGcB5 Required Overlaid format https://ibb.co/nGJw4Q I’ve noted the config example in doco, however switching off the opposing view/feature wasn’t immediately clear. Issue with Search Function in BGP Sessions

Hello! I ran into a little issue today. If I am on page two of the BGP session list and search for a remote AS the search always comes up with an empty list. I guess this is caused by the "pageno=2" in the URL: http://x.x.x.x/routing/protocol=bgp/graph=NULL/view=details/pagination=1/pa…... If I remove the pageno=2 section in the URL I get the right result. Regards, Siegfried

Dear all, I am trying to configure sms alerts in observium for this my institute has a sms gateway via which i can send messgaes to ant number the API is in this format " http://smsgateway.iitb.ac.in/smsapi/index.php?To=91********&Message=test2 <http://dcmonitor.iitb.ac.in/smsapi/index.php?To=919930547677&Message=test2>" . Now i want to post the notification to this API. CentOS 7.4?

Anyone upgrade their installation from CentOS7.3 to 7.4? I needed that upgrade on other systems due to some patches that wouldn't be released to 7.3. I've had no issues with 7.4, so I'm wondering if anyone has run into Observium related problems with 7.4? It only came out officially in the last few days, so it may be too early to ask.
