Observium wrong graph traffic statistic

Dear Team, I just install Observium and as I observed the graph traffic statistic seem not accurate compared to my Cacti graph monitoring system then I ask my Network Engineer to check which one is accurate traffic between Observium and Cacti, as the result after checking real traffic on my router device, Observium seems not accurate. Note: Graph statistic value is different is around 1GB, this is a huge number. Can anyone explain why or anyone experiences like me? Traffic graph don't work over 100G?

Hello, On our network, we have aggregate ports with multiple 100G ports. When the trafic is over 100G, the traffic graph don't work : http://imgur.com/a/JvzIB But the another graphs, like "Unicast Packets", works without issue. Johann

Problem with Status Summary (Port down)

Hello, I have a little problem. In the status summary on the frontpage one port listed as down: [cid:image001.png@01D27BE4.30D4AD50] If I click on the "1 down" I don't see any port listed: [cid:image002.png@01D27BE4.30D4AD50] Is this a bug? How can I get rid of this last remaining port in the summary? Thanks Siegfried

Inventory expansion not working

Hi Observium team, Just tried to expand the inventory for one of our machines, but it doesn't appear to be working. The expand button is there but doesn't appear to do anything. Same issue in both Chrome and Firefox. We're running version 17.1.8318. Kind regards, Alex

Syslog-ng not everything added to database

Hi! I have setup syslog-ng and observium. 2 of my machines works just fine. But 2 other machines wont add to the syslog database. Policy class name not display on Observium Pro

Hi All, I'm wondering on CBQoS graph, can we include the policy name display from router/node? Eg: CUST-A / class-default (output) CUST-A / class-default (input) As I observed this look fine on Observium Community Edition for CBQoS graph display policy class but not on Professional edition? why? Can anyone guide me where can we enable that features for Observium Pro? Thanks

Ping graphs

Hi All, I am searching into observium to the ping graphs but cannot find them back. Is this a option to enable some where so i can see them at www.domain.net/device/device=?? It is possible to see them via www.domain.net/graph.php?type=device_ping&device=?? but this is not perfect for us, intergrade some where into the panel will be nice. Thanks for your reply. Observium, I am a new subscriber to Observium, though I have been using the CE version for about a year and a half. I was reading in the documentation that I could configure alerting via VictorOps, but I cannot seem to find where I have to setup the configuration (the menu selections are not where the screen snap in the documentation shows it to be)..
