Hi all, Who would I speak to about not having purchase confirmation come back from the paddle purchasing screen? I fought for ages to get my boss to approve of the spend and the hospital actually got a credit card in line with the requirements for the site. Now we've paid for the subs, got the big green tick under the hamster logo in the payment processing screen, but then after dropping back to the subs screen in the account area, it says we have no paid subscription. I also haven't received an email yet, and it's been a while. I am concerned! Thanks Andy Franks.

Configuring map interface on new observium installation

Hi, I have just installed & configured observium for the first time. The first two devices are added and seems working, but I'm having problem displaying these devices on the map. All the time there is a blue sign on the middle on Atlantic ocean, it doesn't matter what I configure as device location. Please any idea how to configure the map? I have tried all the possible configurations at /opt/observium/config.php settings but with no success. This installation is behind a proxy server, but I have allowed all the traffic from observium host and I don't see any traffic from this host towards proxy server. thanks in advance, Andi Qirjazi

Help understand log entries

Hello All, Could some one help me decode a log entry in Observium? Device Storage graphs draw errors when in widescreen mode

Hi, I have noticed an issue with the device filesystems graphs : they do not display correctly in widescreen mode. The RRD command/debug says : RRDTool Output: ERROR: Legend too long But if I paste the actual rrd command in the terminal, it runs fine and the output graph is correct too. It seems to be only happening with the filesystems usage graphs. I think something similar was reported on Jira but it didn't went far : http://jira.observium.org/browse/OBSERVIUM-1248 You can find attached screenshots of the issue. What triggers the 'device rebooted' alert?

I am showing a device reboot alert but the uptime is shown to be over a year. The reboot is reported to happen last night precisely at midnight. Observium Alerting SMSGlobal Integration

Hi All, We are looking to do more with alerting and get some form of SMS Alerting happening. We currently use SMS Global for our SMS Gateway both via API and Email > SMS. Has anyone done any wizardry around some SMS Gateway API integration in to Observium?
