Graphing OSPF neighbour count?

Hi All, Love Observium, thanks! We had an issue on Friday with an OSPF adjacency; we didn't see it for various reasons and the logs on the device aged out quickly so we don't have a historical on when it came back. We will extend the log depth and possibly ship logs centrally but that doesn't help us on this occasion. This led to me digging around in Observium to see if it had captured the neighbour flapping. The routing tab is great and even shows neighbour count, but it doesn't seem to be graphed (unless I'm overlooking it). Is this something that I could turn on somehow? Many thanks! Chris

Webhook MS Teams not working

Hi, I have an alert setup to notify via MS Teams. However it doesn’t arrive. moving observium from one machine to another

Hello, we're using subscription version of Observium. Time has come to move the Observium from old to new mashine, do is't possible to to just copy /opt/observium from old mashine to new and make it work with all the history of graphs saved. ? Also we're using weathermap, is it possible by doing this way (just moving Observium) to save weathermap interface numbers ? Thanks

Syslog Integration

Hi, I am trying to configure syslog integration to send syslog from Windows server to Obeservium. I followed instruction on this page http://docs.observium.org/syslog/. But at the bottom of the page I am not sure what to do. Syslog-ng Make sure these options are set : options { chain_hostnames(0); keep_hostname(1); use_dns(no); }; Use this as destination in syslog-ng.conf, change syslog.php path to match yours source s_net { udp(); }; destination d_observium { program("/opt/observium/syslog.php" template ("$HOST||$FACILITY||$LEVEL_NUM||$LEVEL||$TAG||$YEAR-$MONTH-$DAY $HOUR:$MIN:$SEC||$MSG||$PROGRAM\n") template-escape(yes)); }; log { source(s_net); destination(d_observium); }; Where do I add options mentioned, where is the syslog-ng.conf file and where do I add sources section. Custom OID Juniper COS queue

Hi all, Im trying to figure out how to build a custom oid. It doesn't matter how I put the info into the add custom oid fields. It just won't draw a graph and also doesn't give a decent response. Gettign SVN timeout error

Hi All, I am getting an error when I go to update. Server sent unexpected return value (408 Request Timeout) in response to OPTIONS request for 'http://svn.observium.org/svn/observium/trunk' I am looking for suggestions on troubleshooting this. I have tried: Making an outgoing rule on the firewall from my Observium server to http://svn.observium.org. Opening outgoing (and therefore, returning) Ports: 80, 443, 21, 22, 8080, 3690 None of that has made a difference. I can ping the svn server from my Observium machine, I can browse to the web page, my login credentials are correct..... ideas? Joshua Bierman

Tables in the Observium DB

First, I just took over our install of this, wasn't involved in the initial setup of observium and I understand the piece I'm asking about is not part of observium, just uses the data it collects and I want to verify if structure has changed since it was released or if there is something incorrectly setup with our system. I'm looking to build out graphviz maps with the data observium has gathered, specifically using: https://github.com/kedare/observium_map_generator Going through their code, it queries the db for the links table and fails. Looking at the database I have a neighbours table, but not links. Google search I see links table discussed back in 2014, but nothing much recently. So, did the links table go away in newer versions, or is the fact that the table is missing an issue with our setup? If it is supposed to be there and missing, I'll work on figuring that out next, if it did just go away I just want to verify that. Thanks
